You can share a dissenting or contrarian opinion without relying on ridiculous blanket statements. That's it. That's the complete thought.

Unsolicited advice is rarely seen as nice. And it just might get you muted or blocked. I guess that was unsolicited advice, wasn't it? WHOOPS!

"All the cool kids are doing it," is one of the things you should say to me if you want me to immediately ignore your idea.

People don’t trust logos. They trust PEOPLE. Show your face. Share your story. Be human.

Sometimes, an activity is just an activity. Not a masterclass in marketing. Go for the walk. Lift the weight. Read the book. Eat the pizza. Listen to the song. And enjoy it. Without worrying about what it teaches you about marketing, sales, or operations. The activity is the ENTIRE experience.

If you're not willing to share the failures and missteps that you experienced on your path to success, I'm not all that interested in your "I did _____ in 2024" posts. You don't earn without spend and you rarely succeed without failures along the way.

For the love of Pete!!! Can we stop stomping all over the em dash? It's not an immediate sign of AI use. It's proper punctuation. It's part of sentence structure. "One thing I've noticed is that AI will always use a long em dash "—", rather than a normal dash "-". STAHP!!!

Be careful about labeling tasks and to-do items as easy or simple. What might be a quick fix for you may be nerve-wracking and difficult for your co-worker or customer. If it's really that easy, offer to walk them through it.
