Same Like the fandom with their endless SJ hate already soured the CP a lot for me. But this stunt from MXTX and her blatant hate just made me dislike the entire book now

Now I knew that MXTX has developed a burning hatred for Shen Jiu fans, but finding out that she indirectly calls us "outrageous supporting character fanatics" is still shocking 🙃 No wonder that the Chinese fandom is calling her hatred of side character fans out to be blatantly obvious

Same as that SJ had recognised who LBH was, when his demon heritage had been revealed. That he, albeit a bit older, had been the demon who had saved SJ from the clutches of QJL. And as such, he saved LBH in return. And as such, he allowed LBH into his life and into his heart.

It is only many years later, when LBH shares his life with SJ, that he learns that the person he had murdered that day had been QJL, while the slave whom he indirectly saved had been SJ. Which allowed SJ to escape the Qiu clan before he got broken down and join CQM at the right age to cultivate.

And when LBH's demon heritage gets revealed in front of SJ at the IAC, instead of being pushed into the EA, his Shizun saves him, hides him, protects him. And for the first time in his life, LBH feels happy as his Shizun keeps him safe.

While SJ is much more mild tempered in personality. SJ gets along much better with his martial siblings. SJ treats him equal to everyone else. SJ seems happy.

And LBH finds himself getting a proper manual. LBH ends up sleeping in the dormitories. LBH finds himself not being punished for every single mistakes. LBH doesn't find himself singled out.

So LBH wakes up to finding himself back as a child, during the tea ceremony as his Shizun sits in front of him. But instead of having tea dropped on him, SJ simply drinks it and grimaces about it being burned. Before sending LBH along with MF.

But before LBH can do anything more, like figure out who these people even were, the artefact suddenly activates again for the 2nd part of its power and sends LBH back to his own time to relive his life once more, now with his fate changed.

And LBH, emperor of the 3 realms, is not a man of mercy. So without even thinking about it, he just chops the lord's head off in his true demon glory. He has killed people for less than threatening him with a rod. All while the slave watches in shock.

Only for the young lord to think too highly of himself and decides to explode at LBH and threatens him for daring to interfere, as if no one could harm this young lord because he owns this city.

And it angers LBH to see, as he himself once had the same thing happen to him. His Shizun punishing him with a rod for dropping equipment on accident. So he steps up to tell the young lord off.

So he wanders a bit, until suddenly he comes across some young lord beating a young child with a rod in the middle of the street, because the child, a slave, dropped something.

Surely the artefact should have made him change something about his own life. Maybe save his adoptive mother or something, but no.

He has no explanation or anything on what he is even supposed to do. Just that he has to do something to change fate by doing something. Which is hard to do, when he has no recollection of this place to get a hint.

#BingJiu AU where LBZ, in his attempt to create a universe where LBH can be happy, switches out QJL's soul with someone else.

Of course LBH takes the chance and indeed finds the artefact. So he uses it and finds himself, still as his adult demon self, brought back in time to a place and time he doesn't recognise.

#BingJiu AU where LBH is upset about not having been able to gain happiness. But one day he learns about a super powerful magical artefact that is supposed to change a person's fate. It will send a person back in time to change 1 key thing and then they get to relive their life anew.

(This was supposed to be an entirely different AU prompt that I changed drastically, but the whole SJ hate going around due to the extras upset me But I might share the actual proper prompt later)

Time skip to many years later when LBH arrives at QJP, SJ is much nicer to him. Since this SJ never got severely traumatised to the point of letting it out on LBH. Leading to LBH finding his happiness with his Shizun.

All while refusing to tell YQY the truth at the very end of the novel because he's not SJ. Well you sure ate his food and slept in his fucking house for years without qualm, didn't you, so why not take responsibility for once 😃

Picked up his emotional bootstraps and just Become Nice but has all the sympathy and uwu beans for SY, a literal rich failson who has an actual cheat code and foreknowledge of everything that happens in PIDW yet repeatedly fucks up and makes the situation worse because he thinks honesty is Cringe...

Never does my "taste in fiction doesn't dictate personal morality" opinion waver more than when people think SJ, a former slave who was horrifically abused for his formative years, then spent his adulthood in a hostile environment with no support or respect from anyone around him, should have just -

Like again crack theory, but it would actually explain how "loving and respectful relationship" got turned into NYY claiming that SJ tried to rape her.

#svsss Crack theory time: Since we now know that there is a whole body pool and that probably a shit ton of characters have actually offered up their souls to be switched out at random, the NYY who claimed that SJ tried to rape her was a transmigrator who really misunderstood their relationship.

In that fucking world is a character committing su*cide a win for people?

What is that supposed to tell people like me? That ending our life is better, because in the next life it can be better? Because this life is hopeless anyway?

Tell me, how is it a win that SJ got rewritten into not only being su*cidal, but to actually commit su*cide? How is it a win for people, who like SJ due to having similar trauma, to read that he got rewritten that he just randomly decided to end his life?

But now he got rewritten in the worst way possible. Because he gave up.

So despite his tragic ending, it was rather comforting and inspiring. He went through so much shit and yet never gave up, never even considered giving up. And it kinda made me think that I also don't have to give up, no matter how hopeless it seems.

And what made me, someone who has bad depression, like especially about him, is that he never gave up no matter how bad things got and what got thrown at him. He always clung to life no matter what.

Now the reason I became so attached to SJ is because I could identify with him. Many of my own traumas are similar to his. And I know that many fans of his have the same reason.

Saw a post on 🐦 ask why many SJ fans are upset about his rewrite and it made me think. So here are my words in a 🧵, regarding my personal issues. Warning for some heavy themes.

I gen don't understand the SJ fans who are celebrating this new supposed plot point Because I do not understand how it is something to celebrate that a slave gave up his body to some stranger? How is that a good thing? We are talking about an escaped slave here, who murdered to finally gain agency

#svsss The more I see about the revision/"Adventures of CQM", the more I am getting convinced that people are just making shit up now Some of the rumours already got debunked, even if they still are being spread like wildfire, and more rumours keep popping up every 5min

This " #ShenJiu decided to go to a happy life" plot not only feels incredibly OOC for him, but it just feels like a cheap out from the "A slave has his body stolen" issue of SV Basically it's MXTX going: "Don't worry, a slave didn't get his body stolen and used, but he offered it up willingly 🫶"
