I occasionally look at the social media feeds of my representatives and it's all the same disinformation being reposted nonstop. Like after fifteen years in power rooted deep inside their own echo chambers they've lost the ability to critically think.

I think when Biden was president, Republicans mostly understood that voters wanted an impossible fall in the nominal price level so Trump should promise them that. But now that Trump is president, voters want him to deliver on his impossible promise and he is semi-fucked.

This is true, even though I'm stuck with the sinister temptation to mock these people into oblivion.
