Scotland: The Housing Act received royal assent on 6/11 and represents the next significant step in their ongoing efforts to ensure everyone has access to a safe, affordable home. But it didn't really consider co-ops. CCH is working with the Scottish housing co-operative movement to change this.

Wales: The Ombudsman is undertaking an Own Initiative investigation into how social housing providers respond to reports and complaints relating to disrepair, with a focus on damp and mould, from vulnerable tenants. Deadline for response is 8 December 2025, 12:00 PM
