Green tide back on the table. Orks vs Emperors’ Children and daemons. Game ended early but close on points so we called it a draw. Ghaz was a monster of course, but I wasn’t able to get the most out of his unit so I think I need them to be central, ready to go for the WAAAGH turn.

Second game of the day vs Orks went massively in my favour. Experienced opponent but new with Orks, made a few mistakes and got unlucky with some charges leading to a 100-28 win to me. The warriors were absolutely brutal here. I’m enjoying Vanguard Onslaught!

Game one of two today, Nids vs Be’lakor and friends. I lost 70-89 IIRC, struggled to kill a keeper for 3 turns with Genestealers and warriors, but one shotted Be’lakor with one Tfex then the other one killed the Bloodthirster in overwatch! Flamers proved very tough, the real heroes for the daemons.

#ttrpg people, I’m looking for suggestions. I’ve come to the conclusion that the game I want to run/play is basically D&D 5E from level 1-3 stretched into a whole campaign. What other games are going to give me this kind of experience and/or any 5E hacks for slow progression? 🙂
