Fussing with learning how to lace knit. It’s not going great, but at least I have knitting and purling down! Keeping track of stitch counts is an entirely different matter, but at least the cotton yarn is pleasant to the touch

DO NOT FEAR THE REFERENCE! My brain conjures goats that look like predators, because I drew a lot of Dinos/dragons as a teen and now my art is deeply influenced by that. Real goats are nibblin little doofuses. Use a reference!

Helpful reminder that if references help your art, you should use references. Drawing from memory is a neat party trick, but there’s no art police that will hold a gun to your head and demand it. Using references is normal and fine and helpful for many.
