Flu update: feeling quite better. Today I'm not feverish nor have any joint ache. Still coughing and tired though, but we're making progress. I'm also covered in Bruno's hair, but that's expected.

Feeling unwell (most likely flu). Good thing I have nurse Bruno to keep me company.

Gym done. Time to go home and relax.

Hey, I know I've been off social media a bit. I was sick, then when I started feeling better, got a huge shit storm at work and have been sleepless and stressed and super busy. But hey, I'm still alive and somewhat standing. Happy Friday

Relaxing while cooking lunch...

I'm doing what I can. Without being able to lift due a dodgy shoulder I've lost a ton of muscle and most importantly, strength. But I'm not too mad, because I can get it back, in time.

I think this MCR Pride is the last one for me. I'm too old and tired to endure judgy bitchy people, and wasting time trying to meet new friends with people constantly looking over their shoulder looking for "something better".

Enjoying picking up the brushes again. I'm rusty as fuck, and this guy still needs a ton of work, but it's very relaxing, and it's keeping me away from being hooked to a screen.

Alien: Earth last night was surprisingly good! You can tell there is a ton of money thrown here, as production values are through the roof, but also the acting is quite good, and the plot so far, while deceptively simple, is really engaging. Solid 8/10 from me.

Banging! Didn't have to cut on the heat this time to appease pussies, and it made an absolute difference. The layers of different spicy stuff (dried chilies, red Sichuan peppercorns and green Sichuan peppercorns) really make it tasty as hell, and I have a very nice tingling sensation in my mouth.

Felt great at the gym today. Feeling I'm getting back to normal, and feeling good with myself. Can't wait to ramp it up and go full Beast Mode for Oslo. And yes, I was definitely feeling my oats and taking advantage of the empty changing room 😜
