Extreme wealth for a few and poverty for many isn't luck - it's policy. Only fair wages, fair taxes, and fair opportunities can fix this. But these are difficult to achieve in the current government controlled by the oligarchs.

USAID is just a tool that the US uses to control poor nations. Chump change for the US, but an efficient tool to control the political affairs of other nations. Over the long term, those countries which receive the USAID money will be better off not receiving it.

When the 1% has extreme wealth that can last for generations to come and 30% of the population can't make ends meet, it is pretty obvious that your economic policy failed.
