Awareness is the first step to making the most of your life. You either stay in the blind or you keep learning to become aware of what you don't know. With knowledge comes new opportunities. But you must apply this knowledge for change to happen.

I'm working on becoming a better version of myself.

Actions speak louder than words. Talking is easy. But commitment, discipline, and sacrifices take effort. Therefore, let your actions—not your intentions—be proof of your dedication.

The more you read, the more your vocabulary grows. Reading a few pages each day will make you smarter. I still like to write and speak around the US 4th-5th grade level. I believe it's helpful for communication to be easily understood.

I have to remind myself to get out of my head. I can spend countless hours thinking in circles. Or I can just do something, anything to get unstuck. It feels good being unstuck.

I love the library! Being around a bunch of books makes me feel smart lol. I also enjoy being around other people who are studying, working, or just enjoying their day. If you have a public library near you, maybe it's worth visiting.

1. S - Social Currency People share things that make them look smart, interesting, or cool. Social Currency is about making people feel like insiders, like they know something special. So, create valuable and exclusive ideas. Make your ideas unique so people can show off something new.

2. T - Triggers Triggers are stimuli that remind us of related ideas. Seeing the sun... you think of sunglasses. Things are likely to be shared if they're triggered by the environment. So, tie your ideas to daily routines, seasonal events, or trends so they’ll be top of mind for your audience.

To be alive is a blessing. To breathe another day is beautiful. Start this week with gratitude and a positive attitude.

I love playing chess! I'm not good; I just have fun.  The game teaches thinking and problem-solving skills.  One day, I noticed that unlike chess, life is more unpredictable. It can be unfair and complex.  So, the goal is to learn from your moves. And adapt to the ever-changing board of life.

6. S - Stories People share good stories. Stories are more memorable and engaging than facts alone. Humans have told them since ancient times. So, consider telling stories about your values or mission. Create engaging content. Add things like conflict, resolution, and character development.

There are only 1,440 minutes in a day. Don't waste them!

The strongest people you know are often fighting battles you never see. Lead with empathy.

You have the power to get smarter and become more aware. The day you stop learning is the day you stop growing. So, avoid ignorance. Expand your mind.

I read Contagious by Jonah Berger. The book is about why ideas and products go viral. Jonah is a Wharton professor who studies behavior, social influence, and marketing. He created the STEPPS framework! It helps you make your ideas more shareable and memorable. Here are the STEPPS:

I am an only child. I have trauma from losing loved ones. I struggle to build relationships with people outside of my family. I have a hard time with "friendship" because, to me, it means caring more, doing more, and being vulnerable. I need to work on these areas of my life to grow.
