If you ever wanna go snowboarding or sking, I recommend working out and stretching like..however long ot takes for one to not be in risk of muscle strain(muscle pain?) . Yesterday, I messed up my upper back and some muscles connected to my ribs.. Don't do this cus I was in pain for like 6 hours
