Probably amongst the most creative and hauntingly beautiful SW album heard (for me) across his solo plus other project work.

Giving this beast of an album - Storm Corrosion - S/T another spin in the daytime (here) to check if it has the same effect as last night ...it's still evocative, haunting & memorising 🤘 , a prime example of how heavy and erie music can sound with some effects and spaces in the notes.

If s'one wants to see how vintage Floyd looked and sounded like in '73 probably very near the release of TDSOTM then there's some rare live footage of that era ⏬, it also incl rare live performance of Echoes (part of it) by the original band members.

This was a Yardbirds song heard some 35-40 years ago for the first time...
