I know I have been very quiet for a longtime but, after going through a very tough couple of months with my Mum in hospital and almost not making it (she is now home), things have now greatly improved so it means I can start to look to meet others again.

Moved house two weeks ago and now managed to put things where I want them. A few issues to sort out, one of which is trying to sort a leak under the bath which caused the ceiling downstairs to be damp and water on the floor by the front door. No messy fun until that’s sorted 😒

Looking to go away for the New Year - suggestions welcome please. UK only. The last couple of months haven’t been great and had to cancel a planned trip away because of it, so want to make the most of some time away at the end of the year.
