S'Ten tr'Khev is a hero. He boldly spoke of the tyranny of the Empire and called for our Resistance to form. It is most unfortunate, though, that he was forced to flee to Terran space. He would have been an excellent leader of the Romulan Commonwealth.

I have loyally served the Empire my entire life and risen to galae'Enriov of the Imperial Fleet. However, the actions taken by the Praetor have shaken my faith in the institutions of the Empire, forcing me to question my most cherished beliefs. It is therefore my duty to rise up and free my people.
