My very favourite location in #Berlin, found when walking towards #Reichstag along the bank of the river Spree, engraved on a glass wall is the German constitution.
Article 1: "Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar. Sie zu achten und zu schützen ist Verpflichtung aller staatlichen Gewalt".
