Are Canadians going to be reimbursed for the Digital Services Tax? It has been a line item on our bills. If Tech companies are not paying to the Canadian Government, shouldn't they reimburse it?

Why are the two major Canadian parties offering tax cuts? Are those of us lucky enough to have jobs going into these uncertain times asking for tax cuts? Are there knowledgeable people out there that can explain it?
