I hate articles like this. As someone who has suffered from insomnia for a decade, I'm lucky to get 6 hrs. This just spikes my anxiety & makes it one more thing to think about when I'm wide awake a 2am. I've seen doctors, I've tried everything. It's not like I *want* to be a shitty sleeper. Ugh.
