Burning the first stick of my Samhain blend. One of the things I love about incense made like this is how the scent changes and develops. This one, I'm catching a lot of dragon's blood and copal right away with the others showing up after. #witchystuff #witchmadness #magicalbazaar #incensemagic

The sticks for this Samhsin batch are drying in the box. Her is hoping they burn well. If everything turns out good I should have them in the shop very soon! <3 Getting things done by the skin of my teeth, I guess.

I got the the email from the state! Its official! The Hermetic Apothecary is approved and we're one step closer to being able to get into local shows and markets. Just need to get insurance figured out and I'll be all done on this front!

Making black salt out of the salt I use to hold incense. It's got all those ashes which makes it a lot easier to make... but it also smells like dragon's blood... which makes me wonder if I really use that much. Didn't think I used a lot! Hmmmm...

Anyone have any thoughts on a reason for an old bone break (10+ years) to start aching really bad? Yes, it's raining.. but it doesn't normally react to that. Really wondering if there is something deeper for this one, considering the source of the original injury was traumatic.

Look at them drying out all pretty like! I roll them around every four hours or so to help them dry evenly. Then, the wood pieces go on the edges to keep them from curling. Then back in the bin to dry some more! #witchmadness #witchystuff #magicalbazaar #incensemagic #incensemaking
