#tavqotd kyrus pretends to sleep to avoid nightmares that can cause sleep walking. they mediate most of the time instead. their secret is revealed when they finally *have* to sleep out of exhaustion (can only delay sleep so long) and they nearly sleep walk off a cliff edge.

#tavqotd astarion fell for kyrus as right off the bat kyrus didn't see him as a monster or a threat, and supported astarion having agency and being in his corner when he needed it. there were no expectations, no manipulation. kyrus is loyal but won't put up with shit either, he astarion appreciates
