Almost working!

Testing another new module. I’m calling it a scalefolder. Input is attenuated, gain added, offset added, cv added, and the sum of that is going through a wavefolder circuit with about 2 folds. Lovely sounds!! :)

Going through some tests. Might make some changes here and there. I want to slow things down a bit, less frantic and more drone like. Nice and noisy though…

Usually, when my modular is cabled up, it’s tricky to see what I’m using since my patches are pretty dense… I just replaced my oscillators with more versatile versions (still based on AS3340) so the modular is cable free! All modules of my own design except inputs (Gieskes) and outputs (Befaco)

New oscillator module is feisty! AS3340 based design CV pitch control and CV fine tune and pulse width. Lovely!

Reading Yasmine Ostendorf-Rodriguez book Let’s Become Fungal while on the train back to Bergen. Had an inspiring conversation with nyMusikk. Looking forward to what life has in store this year!

Slime molds join the resistance!!

Some folks use AI to write funding applications. I have a better solution:

Convinced my slime mold to populate a prototype board! Not connected to anything yet, but step by step this research is going/growing places

I’m starting a new project, collaborating with slime molds! #livingcircuits

Made a new module inspired by Serge. 2 looping slope generators with built in peak, through and comparator. Fun stuff already!!

Made something I call a cable dock. It works together with the #befaco cable ties and allows you to keep the cables close to the synth yet out of the way of knobs and faders. This makes the synth a lot easier to play!

A new suitcase based synth I am developing. This prototype was used in concert at BEK (benefit concert for Lebanon) but the development continues. More DIY modules, less designs by others. I’m excited to show the progress!
