On 1/21/202, my wife was plowed into by a driver working for Amazon as a Third-Party contractor, totaling her vehicle. As of today, neither Amazon nor any of its contractors have provided a remedy. I had to file on my personal insurance. Amazon contracts their risk management services to Reserv.
