Meet the Team! Konstantin is a master's student in Applied Computer Science. As part of a seminar on data science, he joined us to create a customizable mobile application for behavioral data collection. The application is built using Flutter and will be available to all researchers once completed.

Congratulations to Sophie who recently submitted her Master’s thesis! Sophie is a student from the Mathematics Department. She is interested in combining bioacoustics and deep learning, with a strong motivation to develop methods that are applicable to real-world biological research.

Meet the Team! 🦙🎙️ Daniel Ariza Echeverri is a Bioinformatics student who joins us from @uni-goettingen.de for his MSc seminar project on vocal communication in alpacas! He’s developing a deep learning pipeline to automatically segment alpaca vocalizations from long-form audio recordings.
