Finally decided to try out VRC Light Volumes for the first time, since I finally updated my avatar to be compatable with it. I managed to make a baked light in my home world toggleable/adjustable at runtime with it, but unfortunately I don't think there's much I can do about the artefacts here

so I was working on this frisbee golf project for VRChat, and I wanted to get a clip of me making a good shot to demonstrate it. Spent 50+ minutes trying to recreate a near perfect drive I did off camera, only to be: a) unsuccessful b) recording in the wrong frame rate My arm is dead.

Pro tip, if you wanna post art, make sure you're actually drawing stuff you'd be willing to post at all I swear I've been drawing I just can't post any of it lmao

Finally decided to try learning the Whistlestop Summit ending shortcut again, as some new approaches to it have been found. After like an hour of practice, I went from a 10-15% accuracy (using sign method) to 35-40% accuracy (new method) #MarioKartWorld

Finally finished all the tweaks to the site I was hoping to make, and quickly cobbled together a new year's countdown as well. It's all live on my website now, so hopefully there aren't any major bugs I missed

Y'know, I really can't decide whether I prefer the new featured art section on my site being contained or not contained within a panel

Just realised that I've been using glaze and nightshade in the wrong order this whole time Turns out you're supposed to nightshade then glaze, not the other way around. Plus I feel like the artefacts aren't as egregious when you do it correctly

You know, I'm starting to realise that some of the colors I picked for the day night cycle theming on my website aren't exactly the prettiest. For example, right now my site looks like this at 8am everyday, and its kinda bleh tbh. I'll see if I can find the motivation to change this
