I don't think I can go back to how I used to be with this account. I've bottled up so much of my emotions for so long because I lack a proper, physical outlet needed to cope. I have my best friend, but not physically, and has her own issues and I hate to burden her so this is my last resort.

I wonder what I could've done to keep you here. I could have been more present in your darkest moments. Maybe thats why the memories we shared claw away at my stomach like a starving animal.

I'm not sure when I started to talk to fragments of myself for reassurance/therapy but I know this wasn't a thing before Covid.
