when i reflect on this trip besides the incredible wrestling, i have so many great memories. met so many amazing people (some i knew online already, but many i didn’t!) for the first time and had more fun than should probably be legal. i’ll treasure it forever

final japan trip show/match rankings. 20 shows, 31 4*+ matches. i think this was my favorite trip ever from a wrestling standpoint. the stuff i thought would be great was outstanding and the stuff i had lower/no expectations for were also good to great (except NOAH 1/1 lol)

hazuki and mei seira just had an absolute fucking banger on this korakuen for the fake CMLL title lol

starlight kid was tightening the ring ropes at mei’s request (which is why hazuki took so long to come out) and i had this moment where i was like, ah, not only is this 4’9 or whatever woman much tougher than me but she’s also way better with a wrench too

my final hotel stay on this japan trip is another one i was hugely looking forward to: palace hotel tokyo! it’s another 5 star with a very nice looking room and a great view out at the city, with the imperial palace moat below

there’s something so incredibly magical about being on the shinkansen, a little buzzed from a couple of canned chuhais and listening to music while the scenery just flies past you. wish i could just do this forever
