Question to the technical product managers out there: if you had to perfect one element of a PRD, what would it be?

Every day that I take discovery calls, I'm uncovering what value outcomes each customer wants to achieve.

Even in Customer Success there are plenty of opportunities for good PM skills, like customer advocacy, writing stories, customer interview, etc

Miro remains my go-to app for planning, note-taking, record keeping, and designing/wireframing. It's so smooth and feature-rich!

Living between the customer's world and the engineer's world certainly is interesting. Sometimes convincing the engineers of the customer's requirement is an exercise is persuasion.

As I continue to learn what a PM does, I've made sure to adopt PM principles more and more in my CS work, even just to practice. Each feature request is a user story, with success metrics, wireframes. The aim is that my colleagues all understand the need and the goal.

At TIDEConnects I wear many hats as part of my CS role: sales, consultant, technical writer, the list goes. What I like most is to work with customers to solve their business problems. Most often this manifests as relaying their needs to the engineers.
