I worry about Tony Khan’s return from injury policy in regard to Ospreay and Swerve because at no point, I do not think those two should be given cold starts like he did with Omega and Kingston. They should start where they left off.

Watching MLW is hard because they have that old school carney feel mixed with Lucha Underground, and then they do shit like have Austin Aries and Matt Riddle. Shotzi Blackheart and Priscilla Kelly? Cool. Donavan Dijak and that other tall white guy from WWE? Okay. Fucking Austin Aries and Riddle?!

What criticism about Hangman is that he is not the kind of draw that you can put him in the main event match against someone he has little heat with. So when you book him, you absolutely need an opponent with time and investment because the in-ring work potential alone is not going to do it alone.

I think the only response to having Takeshita, Bandido, and Okada in a match together is excitement and hype. If it’s “why is this not a title match,” then maybe you just don’t like wrestling?
