I just finished reading this book and it was fantastic. One of my friends started reading it at my recommendation and today she told me she recommended it to several people she knows. It’s a great book. Highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE oil pulling followed by using my Waterpik then finishing up with brushing my teeth. This routine always makes my mouth feel amazing. I’ve never had a cavity and my dental hygienist is always amazed at how little work she has to do when I go for my cleanings.
