Seeing lots of posts lately telling people to 'get vaccinated'. Completely agree. However. There are millions in the UK who do not qualify for a free vaccine & cannot afford to buy one, covid or flu, and I'd suggest they wear a well fitting respirator.

Portable air filters clean indoor air from smoke, dust, pet dander, viruses, and more. They are cheap & simple to make — I’ve built several — and nearly silent to run. *There is no downside.* Should be in every workplace, community space, school, daycare, medical facility, & home.

Always fascinating to see the 'it's just a cold' group totally ignoring the fact that for some it's considerably worse. Not to mention the long term sequelae that can affect anyone, regardless of seriousness of initial infection.

There is no evidence that breaking up the MMR shot would make the immunization safer or more effective. The reason why the acting CDC director wants to separate the MMR shot is to discourage people from getting vaccinated by creating larger hurdles.
