So I asked the doc who performed my endoscopy and stomach biopsies from the severe gastritis patches if those patches were high in mast cells. originally they just checked for common diseases or issues with 0 results. Surprise surprise there are loads of mast cells on those patches. It’s my MCAS

Doctor who did my endoscopy said that re: my gastritis it’s only in certain places but those places are an 8/10 on the severity scale. So now I have to wait for biopsies to come back to see if they can figure out the problem. I’m gonna be so stressed this week waiting to hear back.

Had my first real actual EMDR session today. It was...interesting. I don't think I've ever had therapy like that before and I've been in therapy since age six. I reprocessed a lot of the memories/emotions surrounding my late partner who died in May while I was in rehab from ketamine withdrawal.
