The body is not ready for winter.

We had a fish fry to close the last few days of tolerable weather. I made fried catfish, hush puppies, cornbread and cheese grits. @pupbrodo.bsky.social made the tartar sauce, the Cole slaw and fresh pickles. Our friend handled the greens and they were to die for. 10/10 worth the effort.

Went to the Leather Archive and Museum in Chicago. Incredible to see just how long the leather and kink communities have existed. Pins, posters, patches and art work to view from all over the world and from the early mid 1900s. The adult coloring pages in the library was a fun surprise too!

It’s beach body time. This is my version of doing a cut. Lower carbs with high fats and proteins. Avoiding sugars as much as possible. So. We have quick pickled veggies to snack on, egg bites for breakfast, and a cheese and olive salad also for a snack at work. Done for tonight. 😮‍💨
