Recently I've discovered The Smith (pop-rock band) and this lyrics from their song "Heaven knows I'm miserable", *laughs :')* really hits hard. I wanna stop trying to earn others' approval and suffer/care about people that only aim to hurt me or are simply mean for no reasonable purpose.

I'll be taking some time off. Sleep early, reduce phone usage, do some self reflection, doing yoga and meditating more frequently.

I've been busy with irl stuff and feeling stressed out... my anxiety is overtaking my daily life once again so much I'm getting few hours of sleep... I've been using a handful of social apps and reading webtoons/manga/fics to distract myself but, I've realized it's been counter productive +

Genuinely, as someone who plays several live service games I always have a checklist that's like - Ask yourself if you're having fun - Never have a "forever game", play or read or do other stuff alongside it - Don't set paid subs to auto-renew - Think about what you want, not what the game wants
