"Big Ugly Bill" is a school yard taunt that STILL calls to mind MAGA's framing. It names the bill by its attractiveness, sounds like "I know you are but what am I?," doesn't explicitly impugn MAGA, & fails to make LIFE OR DEATH stakes clear.
