Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of high tide on Saturday evening.
Locations most affected will be coastal roads and footpaths.
Areas particularly at risk include Lynmouth, Combe Martin, Hele, Ilfracombe, Lee, Instow, Appledore, Westward Ho!, and Clovelly, Bideford, Barnstaple.
The high tide at Ilfracombe on Saturday 04 April is at 8:26PM, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 4.79mAOD, which is 0.58 metres above tide table level. Strong force 7 south-westerly winds and offshore wave heights of over 3.6m are forecast over the high tide.
Coastal conditions should ease for Sunday morning's high tide.
