I started therapy a month or two ago (took long enough to get there, Deej) and my therapist is a fan of fiction podcasts! They didn't know mine, of course, but we've had some nice chats about it so far. I've recommended two to them - Love & Luck and Tranthologies - as a starting point.

The hardest part right now is that I'm really, really missing being held. Which wasn't really happening much for a good while before this as far as at-home cuddles go ... but still. Adjusting to being alone so much is hard.

I don't know how much more I can take of this month.

Some nights, you write pages and pages of dialogue without slowing down; some nights, you spend hours on a seven-line poem that'll be like twenty seconds of an episode. But still, happy with my work. <3

We had a lot of fun answering questions, and it was really a personal farewell to the show that's been a huge chunk of our lives for the last five years. <3

I don't mean to tell anyone what to do with their Sunday, but we're only about 800 MTO downloads away from hitting a million ...

I wrote a little play about family and identity and lake monsters, for a festival I used to be in a lot some years back. We'll see if they like this piece, but it was interesting to flex those muscles again. Now I've got to get back to podcast stuff. *fingers crossed*

Actually wrote something non-podcast related over the last few days. We'll see if it goes anywhere, but it was probably good to flex those muscles again. And I needed some momentum to get back into the new show ...

It's been a pretty rough week, for me and people close to me (emotionally, not always physically which makes that harder) and the damn world ... and I need to get writing, but I know I'm not in a good place for it. Maybe this weekend ... which is what I said last weekend. But fingers crossed.

Not sure yet if I'm going to be public with this profile or not. I'm probably gonna try to keep it separated from my more public creative efforts, at least. So unless I change that myself, I appreciate you keeping it quiet. <3
