Deep cleaned the girls cage! I mixed up all their soil with water (Shadow has sensitive lungs when it's dry), got them fresh bamboo, and sprayed a bunch of pet safe cleaning stuff. Now all that's left is to replace their hammocks once they're clean. All three were nasty 🤢

I'm screaming! This game is so cute!!!

So I was feeling a little rough recently about the changes I've seen in my body over the last few years. Turns out it's not uncommon for other POTS folks to have it start around the age. Knowing that all my symptoms are normal for my diagnosis helps. It's still scary, but it helps. 💚
