I'm not into Star Wars much personally, but I love watching people embrace their fandom!

One thing that was interesting about tonight's episode of #GhostsCBS is that for what I think is the first time, we get Jay's point of view and don't get to hear the jokes the ghosts are making.

I keep wanting to be in a theme park when I'm not there.

I'm more interested in smaller, slice of life stories than epic battle stories which is why I prefer the Worst Witch series to Harry Potter. I want to watch the everyday escapades of kids attending a magical school and imagine myself as a student, not watch them risk their lives over and over.

People will sometimes roll their eyes at Disney's princess franchise, but Disney has done a better job at putting female characters front and center than most other animation companies! Look how many Dreamworks and Illuminations movies are male led. Even Pixar wasn't great at that until recently.

I'm a little envious of the Disney content creator media events, but I understand it takes a lot of hard work and some luck to get invited to those.

All the roaming characters at Epic Universe are so cool!

As excited as I am to visit Epic Universe one day, I have to admit that I'm not interested in most of the merchandise as none of the represented IP includes characters I collect for.

One thing that is exciting about how hard Universal went with Epic Universe is that now Disney will need to up its game! A little healthy competition, and we are the ones who will benefit!

Can't stop checking out all the footage of Universal's Epic Universe. So envious! Wish I could go there.

It's funny- I'm not personally into Star Wars much at all, but I still get a kick out of watching Star Wars fans get excited.

At my 20th high school reunion, several former classmates told me that they had admired me back then because I wasn't afraid to be myself. It's funny, I don't think it ever even occurred to me to hide who I was, to pretend to be someone I wasn't so people would like me.

I really want to be considered for Grace in Annie, but I have a hunch that if I make callbacks at all, it will be for Miss Hannigan or Lily! I tend to get noticed for character roles. Which can be great fun....but right now, I'd still really rather be Grace!

What do people do with their popcorn buckets when they get home? I've actually never bought a Disney popcorn bucket because even though some of them are really cool looking, I just don't have any sort of display space for them- they are too big!

I am embarrassingly hooked on social media, but it's a big part of how I connect with people, so cutting down on it feels isolating.

If I had a magical, expanding doll room, I'd collect like every character from so many 80s toy lines!

Found an awesome grab bag of 80s goodness at the thrift store today! A Big Brother MLP, She-ra, a My Little Pony ponywear outfit with all it's pieces, and lots of random MLP brushes and accessories! All for only like $5

I love theater people. The other day, we were staging the opening number for Brigadoon. There's a bit with a candy seller- a handful of us broke into a verse of the candyman song from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. 🤣

A local theater has announced Annie for their November show! I've been waiting nearly 30 years for a chance at a do-over for that one.

One of my local theater companies is teasing their next season announcement with a bunch of emojis that are supposed to be clues. One of them is a key. If it means The Secret Garden, I will sob.

I'm too old to play so many of my dream roles now. My voice teacher says to find new dreams, but I can't let go...there are no older characters that I love as much as those roles.

Going to audition for a show with a lot of rehearsal overlap with Brigadoon- I'm going to let them decide if it will work or not. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I finally saw a clip of the Saturday Night Live Muppets from the first season...they really should have let the Henson gang write their own material. These characters didn't feel right at all

Telling you I'm an 80s baby without telling you I'm an 80s baby. I brought home a Cabbage Patch Kid and a Care Bear from the thrift store today.

I really miss being able to pop over to Epcot on a whim. I especially wish I could during the Festival of the Arts when all the Disney on Broadway stars are performing!

I am a little envious of creators who get those really fun freebie boxes and invitations to media events from like Disney or American Girl. But I understand that it takes a lot of hard work to get to the point that companies send you stuff to promote.

I wish I was a motivated go-getter.

There's always going to be the what if's...like what if I'd followed my original plan to go to NYC after graduating college. But I can't say I regret my time in Orlando. I got to spend my 20s gallivanting around Walt Disney World. And I'm really glad I got to do that. I'll never have that again.

It stresses me out when there are two shows I love being produced locally, and I really want to do both, but their rehearsal schedules overlap and it may or may not be doable!

Just saw South Bay Musical Theatre's production of Urinetown. Community theater talent is through the roof!

I miss the Superstar era of Barbie- 80s/90s. The current playline has become SO basic! What happened to all the fun fashion gimicks and glam?

I cannot stop thinking about those poor kids who lost their lives in that plane crash. 😭

As sad as I am about the closing of MuppetVision, knowing that Rock 'n Roller Coaster is getting a Muppet layover makes it at least a little better. I bet a lot of the theming from the Muppet courtyard will get moved over there- maybe even the whole Miss Piggy fountain.

I finally made it onto the Disney Wish last month. It's such a beautiful ship. I visited their Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique briefly since I helped open the Cinderella Castle location back in 2007. The one on the ship reminded me so much of ours that I suddenly had tears streaming down my cheek.

Oh look, Biff Tannen is heading back to White House. Because for some reason, America voted to live in the alternate 1985 from Back to the Future 2

All I want right now is to be at a Disney park. Specifically Epcot. I'm mad I'm not at Epcot right now.

My sister was finally able to check on her home- everything is still all right!

My sister still can't go home to check on her things. The flames have continued to not reach her area, but they are still close enough for mandatory evacuation.

Good news- I didn't *completely* sabotage my Brigadoon audition. I got a callback for ensemble! Which I've done before in that show, but at least it's a really fun ensemble that's on stage a lot.

I accidentally said oops out loud at an audition the other day instead of staying in character, and I am hoping I didn't completely sabotage my chances of a callback! 😫 I'm so mad at myself.

There have already been several regional productions of Frozen since the tour closed. I'm really hoping one of the community theaters around here chooses it when the next set of season announcements come! I'm aching for a chance to be in a production of it.

Please, Disney, find a way to preserve MuppetVision even if it's not in the parks...it's special. It was the last Muppet production that Jim Henson was involved in before his untimely death.
