As her arms slid around him, he slid his own around her, enough for her to be nestled against his massive, warm frame. There was nothing untoward or suspicious about the gesture…just enjoying her company. “Is this okay?” he still felt the need to ask, “Do you need anything?”

“Hm…” he murmured thoughtfully before leaning in, his lips brushing lightly against her forehead. “I think I am starting to realise it, yes…”
