Actually ironically I haven’t ever posted him, so..I should probably do that; Laniakea, or Lani for short (all my friends call me Lani to this day its so silly) This guy is several years old now, he’s a Gryphix - a gryphon-phoenix hybrid, which at the time felt like such a cool and awesome idea

I love birds so much part of me regrets making Qi a bunny(?*) but like its ok I can admire other cool birds with cool colors and stuff (drawing them is so hard though??)

Drawings in class; am I improving?

I have to wake up in 7 hours but I’d much rather spend my time admiring & following loads of artists. Some of these folks, it’s insane how beautiful this stuff is; stuff I hope to aspire too one day Artists out there, keep being awesome!!!!

A real life asked me to design her an arctic fox sona; I’m discovering that doing art for others (under certain circumstances so don’t beg me for nothin’!) is weirdly more skill improving / enjoyable then just studying every other week.

I spent ~1 hour binging mintcashew.bsky.social ’s doodles and it kinda made me realize I go hardcore perfectionist on every drawing I do — so badly I’ll never improve I’ll try and go a bit lighter, and try to enjoy it more. Think that’ll help me a lot cause I’m struggling hard recently

reworking my website; before it was static and boring and I had very little good html/css knowledge, now I am doing some more complicated stuff..

The true art of art is when you spend 2 hours on something that turns out looking like a kids dragon drawing, yet having only learned a *little* bit in the process - Speaking from experience as it was 2:18 in the morning as of writing this (when I started at 12 doing studies)

I think I *want* to post here more but what exactly, I’m not sure I recently beat Sisyphus Prime on Violent - that was a struggle and a half, but it was easy compared to p-ranking 6-1
