Here’s a timelapse of a recent backyard show in Harrisburg. It’s been so much fun getting to perform in such intimate spaces, getting to reconnect with old friends and meet new people in chill environments without the pressures of being in a bar or music venue.

This is the watercolour illustration I made for the month of June, featured in the 2026 Innu calendar for Institut Tshakapesh. Every month depicts a different scene of traditional Innu life and culture, along with flora and/or fauna local to the Innu peoples’ ancestral land.

When I was growing up in northern Quebec the month of May meant the geese were migrating back. We regularly got “Goose Break” from school and work, and for a week or more we’d all go out to our remote cabins on a lake. Hunters would build blinds and spend the entire week hunting geese.
