One thing I absolutely love about living in the 93rd, is how I can just scoot 10 minutes out of town and see the beauty of our earth. I also love that the heavens said that trans people belong. 🏳️‍⚧️💜

Federal acts affect us here at the state level. The 93rd district has a poverty rate on average of 10%, and removing vital lifelines like the SNAP program will only increase that rate. Government is not a corporation and should not be run as such. But the Republicans seem to think it is.

Earlier this week I officially submitted my paperwork for my campaign to be the 93rd district's next state representative. This district has been my home for my entire life, and not once have I contemplated leaving it.

Out at the Tazewell County Democrats collecting goods for local food pantries, and the community turned out! With still 5 hours left of collecting, I'm so proud of our community.

Congrats to the Democrats. It seems like when you are fighting for healthcare, food, and safety, and actually stand up for those that can't speak, we win elections. Now let's carry this through next November! And don't ever stop fighting. 💜

I have not met a single voter yet who has told me that trans people have affected their lives negatively. To most people it's a nothingburger. There is hope for a more just world.
