I strongly feel Eze, Ødegaard, and Saka should be playing together. Trossard was putting in a shift consistently in the first half of the season, but he’s gone hot and cold again. Maybe it’s time to give Eze a go at LW, which would also free up some of the burden on Saka at RW.

Arsène Wenger once said that if you do not believe you can do it, then you have no chance at all. In the last three PL games, Arteta and the players have shown signs of a team that doesn’t believe it can cross the finish line. It’s on them to prove that isn’t the case.

Extremely disappointed with Mikel and the players today. I felt the team selection was wrong, and we wasted an entire half by starting with a front three of Gyökeres, Martinelli, and Madueke. This was not the game to bench both Saka and Trossard.

Saka is going through a rough patch on the goal front. The last goal he scored was back in December against Brentford. You can see that it’s affecting his decision-making at times, and a goal sooner rather than later would do wonders for him and Arsenal as we head into crunch time.

Developing a killer instinct is the next evolution this Arsenal side needs, especially away from home. Our best away performances under Arteta have more often than not ended with narrow one or two-goal wins, when they really should have been emphatic, statement victories.

Really pleased for Gyökeres, and that goal will do wonders for his confidence. But tonight there were a couple of instances where he made the right runs and Saka, especially, just didn’t square it to him.

The 3-2 scoreline certainly flatters Chelsea, & Arsenal should really have had the tie done & dusted here. But given we hadn’t scored in a League Cup semi-final & had never won a game in a two-legged semi-final under Arteta, you take the win & see the job through at the Emirates.

I like the fact that despite the strong line-up, Kepa still starts in goal. It would have been bad for team camaraderie if Raya had been given a start today.

I find it weird that our own fanbase are pitting one striker against another. In my opinion, we need all three of Gyökeres, Jesus, and Havertz to perform well if Arsenal are going to get over the finish line this season.

Liverpool–Arsenal games used to be high-scoring, end-to-end games, but this season they’ve ended up feeling like watching chess in slow motion.

I can live with the result, but that second-half performance was unacceptable. Liverpool were there for the taking, as was clear in the first half, and for some reason we just went hiding in the second half. I still can’t wrap my head around it.

That second-half performance was up there with our performance against Wolves. Absolutely shocking out of possession, and every single player went hiding. The Wolves game was a huge wake-up call, and this is another one, as we can’t afford to miss chances to extend our lead.
