I strongly feel Eze, Ădegaard, and Saka should be playing together. Trossard was putting in a shift consistently in the first half of the season, but heâs gone hot and cold again. Maybe itâs time to give Eze a go at LW, which would also free up some of the burden on Saka at RW.

ArsĂšne Wenger once said that if you do not believe you can do it, then you have no chance at all. In the last three PL games, Arteta and the players have shown signs of a team that doesnât believe it can cross the finish line. Itâs on them to prove that isnât the case.

We should be comfortably a goal ahead, but instead weâve gifted United a way back into the game and they go into half-time looking like the more dangerous side. We canât be this sloppy in the second half if weâre going to get all three points.

There have been no easy games for Arsenal against Manchester United, irrespective of Unitedâs form. If we turn up with a proper performance, we should be able to get the win, which is really needed after the back-to-back 0â0s.

A FAMILIAR SINKING FEELING
There is a particular kind of silence that I absolutely hate, which follows games like this, a familiar sinking feeling that settles in your chest before you even realize the final whistle has blown.

Maybe when there are no easy games, irrespective of a teamâs league position, this is how title races usually end up being. The 2018â2024 period was an exception, and fans started considering it the norm, which is why any result other than a win now feels like a disaster.

Wolves have picked up more points than Manchester City so far in 2026. To all the Arteta-outers, make of that what you will.

The managerâs and the playersâ mentality will be doubted at every opportunity we donât seize. To win your first league title in 22 years is going to be a struggle; we just have to keep pushing harder each time we fall back. Thatâs the only way to overcome the mental block.

Martin Ădegaard looked like he was finding his form again after those performances against Villa and Brighton, but Iâm at a loss for words over his displays against Liverpool and Forest. Him being taken off in both games says a lot about how poor the performances were.

Everyone looking at it as still being seven points ahead of City is forgetting that the gap at the top becomes four points if Villa win tomorrow against Everton. All the focus on Arsenal and City will suit Villa, who are on a great run themselves.

For me, itâs clearly a mentality issue with this Arsenal side. Thatâs two games in a row now weâve had the opportunity to bury the hopes of our title rivals and failed. Our captain is at the centre of it, with two anonymous performances that were so poor he had to be taken off.

Extremely disappointed with Mikel and the players today. I felt the team selection was wrong, and we wasted an entire half by starting with a front three of Gyökeres, Martinelli, and Madueke. This was not the game to bench both Saka and Trossard.

Saka is going through a rough patch on the goal front. The last goal he scored was back in December against Brentford. You can see that itâs affecting his decision-making at times, and a goal sooner rather than later would do wonders for him and Arsenal as we head into crunch time.

Developing a killer instinct is the next evolution this Arsenal side needs, especially away from home. Our best away performances under Arteta have more often than not ended with narrow one or two-goal wins, when they really should have been emphatic, statement victories.

Really pleased for Gyökeres, and that goal will do wonders for his confidence. But tonight there were a couple of instances where he made the right runs and Saka, especially, just didnât square it to him.

The 3-2 scoreline certainly flatters Chelsea, & Arsenal should really have had the tie done & dusted here. But given we hadnât scored in a League Cup semi-final & had never won a game in a two-legged semi-final under Arteta, you take the win & see the job through at the Emirates.

I like the fact that despite the strong line-up, Kepa still starts in goal. It would have been bad for team camaraderie if Raya had been given a start today.

I find it weird that our own fanbase are pitting one striker against another. In my opinion, we need all three of Gyökeres, Jesus, and Havertz to perform well if Arsenal are going to get over the finish line this season.

Arteta has a personal curse to break, as his semi-final record is atrocious. 1 win in 9 games 0 wins in two-legged semi-final ties 0 goals scored in League Cup semi-final encounters Thatâs a huge mental hurdle to overcome if we are to win multiple trophies this season.

I can live with the result, but that second-half performance was unacceptable. Liverpool were there for the taking, as was clear in the first half, and for some reason we just went hiding in the second half. I still canât wrap my head around it.

That second-half performance was up there with our performance against Wolves. Absolutely shocking out of possession, and every single player went hiding. The Wolves game was a huge wake-up call, and this is another one, as we canât afford to miss chances to extend our lead.
