70 y/o HIV activist, David Polson, died the other day. He was in the 1st group diagnosed (1984). Of the 400 guys diagnosed back then only 28 survive, 93% death toll, these guys are now dying of old age, not AIDS. I met David in 1976, when both of us were youngsters. He was a lovely bloke. RIP.
