I do not understand the internet. I wrote an entire novel. Poured my heart & soul into a work of art. I post about it online, and literally not a single person gives a shit. No sales. No likes. Nada. But I post a throwaway comment about seasonal decorations, and everyone goes nuts. Y'all are weird.

I've just been informed that parents from the daycare by my house are "eagerly awaiting" my Halloween decorations. Presumably because the kids go on mini-field-trips past my yard every day in October to look at the werewolf. Glad to know I'm sparking joy for the youths.
