With everything that happened with Destiny 2, I want to jump back into Warframe. Then sit down and really learn the game. I'm still very much a newbie at it. The game has such a cool vibe.

I think this is smart. People have a lot of misconceptions of RPG Maker games. Normally from issues over a decade ago, that new versions of RPG Maker and plugins have addressed. This should help RPG Maker devs and make people realize how far things have come. Plus, the tag was misused a lot.

I recently picked up part 3 on Steam. I was told this was essentially anime Wizardry, with it's own twists. Sounded fun but I'm expecting full party wipes too.

Due to Amazon cancelling the Lord of the Rings MMO, I reinstalled Lord of the Rings Online. I had a lifetime subscription. Haven't played in a VERY long time. As lifetime, you get points for the store. I literally can buy the entire store and still have tons of points. 😂

I've always enjoyed the Stardew/Story of Seasons/Rune Factory style games. Way before "Cozy" was coined as the genre. I hope, one day, the genre expands. Too many are either a Stardew-like or Rune Factory-like, in style or function. It's not a bad thing, just want variety.

The AAA gaming industry live-service obsession is starting to backfire. Live-services are still insanely popular. Yet, making one isn't a sure bet. The pandemic era, when they thrived, is over. People are tired or settled on a few games. Yet, some will keep chasing that dragon.

There's legit way too many solid games now. Especially in the indie space. I see so many games I would like to play or showcase on YouTube/Streams. Yet, I don't have time, and will be on another creator hiatus soon. It's a bummer but have a lot to look forward to when back.

Looking at the creator landscape, I feel a shift is happening. It was VOD first, stream second. Few years ago, it was stream first. Now, I feel like it switched back. Yet, short-form is the key variable. Just streaming gets you nowhere. If anything, they're just fuel for clips.

The Indie and AA developer space, is the best that it has ever been. So much variety and amazing games to play. It's actually overwhelming. AAA is fun too but I feel like it's in a rut. Not all. Capcom is doing great this year. I hope other AAA follows their lead but I doubt it.

Good. Tech companies need some reigning in on all levels. Chronic Parasocial Behavior, loss of attention span, and more is getting tied to these sites. While personal responsibility is key, the reality is a lot of people get wrapped up, and it's done on purpose. Keep at them.

I get asked on why I made a VTuber. Three reasons: 1. I work a ton and have chronic migraines. So, I can make stuff, without a lighting setup. 2. Try something new, in my way. I don't have a persona. I'm still me. 3. Cause I wanted to and in the end, that's all that matters.
