We had to say goodbye to Ozzy. We did everything we absolutely could for him but couldn’t let him continue to suffer. 😞 he was the sweetest boy. It’s going to be so hard without him. I’ll love you forever Ozzy.

Ozzy is going to the vet later and I’m afraid this might be the end of the road. We might have to let him go. 🥺😖

Ozzy is not doing well at ALL. I’m so worried. I feel like I’m torturing him for two hours a day trying to force these medications down his throat. I know he needs it but he’s not really improving. His appt is Wednesday. I’m afraid they’re going to say we should put him down. 😞

I’m so proud of myself and Ozzy. He is a fucking trooper through these awful medications. He may hate me right now, but I can’t blame him. 😖

Just gave Ozzy his first round of meds this morning all by myself. 3 oral syringes and 2 pills. It took over an hour. He has another I have to wait 30 mins to give him. The medicine makes him EXCESSIVELY drool so I have to give him alot of time in between each one because he regurgitates the drool😫

So far he HATES the medicine. He is being very combative and also regurgitating almost every time we give him the syringes. We will do whatever is needed for him to have the best life, even if that means it’s not with us. 😖 we’re not there yet. But it’s a very real possibility.

Ozzy has 6 different medications right now that need to be administered an hour apart, twice a day. With our work schedules I don’t know how we are going to make this work. A couple of them he will need to be on for life. I’m so stressed and the reality is that we might not be equipped to do this.

My life is absolutely imploding right now. My cat has a mega esophagus, aspiration pneumonia in his lungs, a small pneumothorax in his lungs, and nodules in the other lung that are potentially cancer. And I got passed up for a promotion at work I desperately needed.

This mornings update on Ozzy. So kinda good but not great. I’m trying not to get my hopes up. Because yesterday at lunch he didn’t vomit and I got excited. Then we got the call later he’s vomiting through the anti nausea meds, which led them to do this barium study.

Accidentally put 5 drops of the buldak spicy sauce in my carbonara noodles instead of 3 and omg how do people put the whole pack in there?! I can handle a decent amount of heat but not when it comes to this sauce

I’m still in debt to care credit from my other cat almost fucking died last year and I’m getting charged interest out the ASS on that. So that’s not an option. Scratch pay is the only other pay plan option and that’s $1600 after interest instead of the $1040. And this is all just testing 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
