Microsoft has been adding updates to paint again lately. Brushes now have adjustable transparency, and a .paint file type is now a thing. Feels weird, but does at least mean I don't have to save layers separately (in case you're really not caught up, yes, modern mspaint has had layers for a while).

Hearing Eleanor Forte is getting discontinued is disappointing. I loved hearing her grow from her early voicebanks. The odd dorkiness of her bio saying she was into antiquing. Her accent that was American but ambiguous enough they needed to clarify. Not really into synthv but really liked her. Rip.

VoiSona did an amazing update that now allows trial any of their Voicebanks. With trial VBs, you can generate first 10 seconds (anything after 10s mark will be silent). No restriction with parameters whatsoever! Great way to test voices before committing to I would say.
