It took 13 years before I could take a trip to Japan again, and now I have to go home. Oh it's so frustrating to have had so many great experiences, and to know I can't meet these friends again for years. And then I just met NEW friends that I won't get to see again for years.

Having not played Hollow Knight, and observing all the Silksong talk, I'm still interested in how they do a sequel thats meaningful from a design perspective. Cause all Metroid games are basically a restart with a few new mechanics. Is that enough for Hollow Knight fans with such a long wait?

Man, there are so many roguelike, pixelart metroidvanias, that finding one with a title I can't remember is impossible. The only two traits I can use to differentiate it are "french but not dead souls" and had bad music. And that last one sounds mean, but it's why I originally dropped it...

I think the way PMG villainizes many of its subjects in order to give light to accusations is a huge part of video game mob culture. They are really well made though, and interesting, so I can't say I won't be watching this new one.
