Score: 8.803/10 AMAZE. AMAZE. AMAZE. This movie is the single best book adaptation I’ve had the joy of experiencing. Not only is the book a masterpiece, but the movie, which follows in its footsteps almost perfectly, is a masterpiece as well.

Score: 3.842/10 Apparently holding onto trees helps protect you from comets, who knew?? This really isn’t a good movie, worse than the first movie as there’s no real grandiose story.

Score: 4.734 This movie is kinda the definition of mid. It’s about a planet killing comet that is impacting earth, your pretty usual apocalyptic movie. The acting was alright, special effects were not the best, but the story was pretty good especially for an apocalyptic movie.

I am SO EXCITED for this movie. The book is a top 5. Second theater visit this year on Tuesday to see this in IMAX. It looks extremely promising.
