My predictions for the AWS ecosystem in 2025 (a 🧵) ➡️ Continued partner consolidation. I believe this puts smaller partners at an advantage because they can be quick to react (SOWS & kickoffs won't take weeks) and provide a more personal touch. But getting AWS attention will be harder.
