I have a 1790s ball on Saturday. I've never done this time period before so it required a new coat. Last Friday, this was a pile of pieces, so I'm quite happy with how this looks 4 days later!

Happy 2024 to all my friends! For me, this year brings a couple of large changes in my academic life and my hobby. I am feeling an almost overwhelming sense of imposter syndrome in both cases, but my wife assures me I'm up for it!
